本橾是一种医疗体操。它综合了太极拳、气功和徒手操的特点,易学、易练、实效性强既能健身,对某些疾病又有疗效。如神经衰弱、高血压、冠心病、气管炎、肩周灸及腰褪疼等。根据每人的身体状况可用二、八拍做全套约用五分钟。心率可达110—120次/分钟。体力好也可做四个八拍,也可根据病情,选练其中几节。如肩周炎病患者可做一、七节,腰腿疼者可选做五、六节。要坚持经常、适量。
This 橾 is a medical gymnastics. It combines the characteristics of Tai Chi, Qigong and hand exercises, easy to learn, easy to practice, effective and able to not only fitness, but also for some diseases curative effect. Such as neurasthenia, hypertension, coronary heart disease, bronchitis, shoulder circumference moxibustion and waist flick pain and so on. According to the physical condition of each person available two or eight shots to do a full set of about five minutes. Heart rate up to 110-120 beats / min. Good physical strength can also do four eight shots, but also according to the condition, select a few sections.
