一 幾點體會 在團結改造知識分子的工作中,我們有以下的幾點體會: (一)加强和改進學校的領導是貫徹團結改造知識分子政策和辦好學校的闗鍵。我們注意掌握了兩個方面:對没有或缺乏領導骨幹的學校首先是配備領導力量;對領導骨幹較强的學校,主要是幫助學校領導轉變領導作風,抓緊領導教學,再通過教學領導,抓緊對教師的領導。正是我們加強了對全省中學的政治思想領導,就使多數學校教學工作逐漸走上正軌,並開始學習蘇聯的先進教學經驗,教師在教學思想上也開始有了新的轉變。這是與我們較好地解决了領導問題分不開的。

It is precisely because we have strengthened the leadership of political thought in the middle schools in the whole province that the teaching work in most schools is gradually getting on track and the advanced teaching experience in the Soviet Union has begun to be learned. Teachers have also begun to make new changes in their teaching ideology. This is inseparable from the better solution to the leadership issue.
