近期以来舆论反应强烈的外商投资财产低价高报的现象已随着《外商投资财产鉴定办法》的出台而得到有效遏制。 本刊编辑从全国商检局长会议材料获悉,经商检部门鉴定,去年的外商投资财产低价高报率为7.26％,而在商检部门全面开展外商投资财产价值鉴定的1993年以前,外商投资低价高报率一般在20％以上。
The phenomenon of high prices of foreign-invested property that has been strongly reflected by public opinion in recent days has been effectively curbed with the introduction of the Measures for the Examination of Foreign-invested Property. The editor of the journal learned from the materials of the National Commodity Inspection Bureau meeting that, as identified by the commodity inspection authorities, the high rate of low-cost foreign-invested property was 7.26% last year. Before 1993 when the commodity inspection authorities fully carried out the appraisal of the value of foreign-invested property, foreign investment was cheap. The overstatement rate is generally above 20%.
