枇杷叶中多酚具有多重生物活性和生理功能,对其进行高效的提取一直是国内植物多酚提取的研究热点之一。拟采用微波辅助法对枇杷叶中多酚进行高效提取,并考察提取工艺。以干燥枇杷叶为原料,考察提取溶剂乙醇体积百分数、提取温度、提取时间、提取液料比值和微波处理功率5个因素的影响,以枇杷叶中多酚得率为指标,采用单因素和正交试验法同时对枇杷叶中多酚提取工艺进行优化。确定了乙醇体积百分数为70%的最佳提取剂;微波辅助提取的最佳工艺参数为:提取温度80℃、提取时间30min、提取液料比值60(mL/g),微波处理功率3.0W;在最优条件下得到枇杷叶中多酚得率最高可达到9.34mg/g,表明微波辅助可显著提高枇杷叶中多酚的得率,显示了该法提取的优越性。
Polyphenols in loquat leaves have multiple biological activities and physiological functions. To extract them efficiently has always been one of the hot topics in plant polyphenols extraction. It is proposed that microwave assisted extraction of polyphenols in loquat leaves for efficient extraction and study of extraction process. Taking dry loquat leaf as raw material, we investigated the effects of ethanol volume fraction, extraction temperature, extraction time, extraction ratio of liquid and microwave, and power of microwave treatment on the yield of polyphenols in loquat leaves. Using single factor and positive Pay the test method to optimize the extraction process of polyphenols in loquat leaves. The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: extraction temperature was 80 ℃, extraction time was 30min, extraction liquid ratio was 60 (mL / g), microwave treatment power was 3.0W; Under the optimal conditions, the yield of polyphenols in loquat leaves was up to 9.34mg / g, indicating that microwave assisted can significantly increase the yield of polyphenols in loquat leaves, showing the superiority of the method.
