目的:比较威孚莱钬激光联合封堵网篮与单用钬激光在处理输尿管镜治疗输尿管中上段结石的疗效及安全性。方法:回顾性分析2011年12月至2014年12月,经尿道输尿管镜钬激光处理输尿管中上段结石412例的临床资料,2013年1月前单纯应用威孚莱钬激光碎石103例(Ⅰ组);2013年1月后应用威孚莱钬激光联合套石封堵网篮309例(Ⅱ组)。比较2组的手术时间、碎石成功率、输尿管穿孔、术后感染、术后3周结石排净率及术后输尿管狭窄率。结果:Ⅰ组结石上行51例,Ⅱ组结石上移11例;须术后
OBJECTIVE: To compare the efficacy and safety of Weifu Lai holmium laser combined with sealing basket and single holmium laser in the treatment of upper ureteral calculi under ureteroscopy. Methods: The clinical data of 412 cases of upper ureteral calculi treated by transurethral ureteroscopic holmium laser were retrospectively analyzed from December 2011 to December 2014. 103 cases of holmium laser with Weifu Lai holmium laser were treated before January 2013 Group). After Jan. 2013, 309 cases (group Ⅱ) were occluded with Weifu Lai holmium laser combined sleeve. The operation time, gravel success rate, ureter perforation, postoperative infection, stone clearance rate and postoperative ureteral stenosis rate were compared between the two groups. Results: The stones in group Ⅰ went up in 51 cases, the stones in group Ⅱ moved up in 11 cases
