董必武是我国法制思想的创立者和奠基人。董必武同志在长期的革命战争中和社会主义建设中,极其重视对我国政法干部的培养,强调政法干部在新中国和社会主义建设中的重要作用。他最先在党内提出了依法治国的理念,指出依法办事是政法干部的行动准则,是加强人民民主法制的中心环节,董必武的政法干部培养现在当代中国仍然具有重要的现实指导意义。
Dong Biwu is the founder and founder of China’s legal system. In the long revolutionary war and socialist construction, Comrade Dong Biwu attached great importance to the training of the cadres in politics and law in our country and emphasized the important role of political cadres in the new China and socialist construction. He first proposed the concept of governing the country according to law in his Party and pointed out that the principle of handling affairs according to law is the core of the people’s democratic legal system. The training of political and legal cadres of Dong Biwu still has important practical significance in contemporary China.
