流动石墨粒子炉由于具有升温快、省电、不沾盐、以及结构简单、制造容易等优点,所以受到普遍的重视,一度发展很快,不少单位纷纷试制。但有的由于流态化质量不好,长期无法应用。我们认为只有攻克了石墨粒子流态化这一关键,才能使粒子炉在一个坚实的基础上得到进一步提高和发展。为此,自一九七八年五月起我们对石墨粒子的流态化进行了较全面的实验研究和理论分析,并对两台炉子进行了改进和生产实践。结果表明,石墨粒子炉可以得到均匀、稳定的良好流化质量,生产使用效果也比较满意。
Due to its advantages of quick heating, power saving, non-sticking, simple structure and easy manufacture, the mobile graphite particle furnace has gained widespread attention and was developed rapidly. Many units trialled their products. However, due to poor fluidization quality, some can not be applied for a long time. We believe that only by grasping the key of the fluidization of graphite particles can the particle furnace be further enhanced and developed on a solid foundation. To this end, since May 1978, we conducted a more comprehensive experimental study and theoretical analysis on the fluidization of graphite particles. We also improved and produced two furnaces. The results show that the graphite particle furnace can get a uniform, stable and good fluidization quality, production and use results are satisfactory.
