坚持和推进党内民主是中国共产党的一贯主张。搞好和推进党内民主建设是体现党的先进性、发展社会主义市场经济、切实加强党内监督的必然要求。我们党在总结历史经验的基础上提出的推进党内民主建设的新要求、新举措,对推动新时期党的建设具有重要现实意义。
It is the consistent belief of the Chinese Communist Party that to uphold and promote inner-party democracy. Improving and promoting inner-party democracy is an inevitable requirement for embodying the advanced nature of the party, developing the socialist market economy and earnestly strengthening inner-party supervision. The new requirements and new measures proposed by our party to promote inner-party democratization proposed on the basis of summing up historical experience have important practical significance in promoting the party’s construction in the new period.
