油压缸体是我厂生产的W100_2~1挖掘机的主要零件之一。多年来一直在蒸汽锤上用胎模锻造,这样,不但该件中心盲孔锻不出,且需留出较大的出模斜度,既增加了切削加工工时,又浪费了优质钢材。为此,锻造车间组成了三结合攻关小组,经过反复实践,于1973年初在300吨摩擦压力机上进行了模锻油压缸体的试验,经一年多的试生产表明,这项革新的效果是比较好的,现已正式投产。
The hydraulic cylinder is one of the main parts of the W100_2~1 excavator produced by our factory. For many years, it has been forged on the steam hammer with a tire mold. In this way, not only can the blind hole of the part not be forged, but also a large draft angle is required. This not only increases the working hours of cutting, but also wastes high-quality steel. For this purpose, the forging shop formed a three-combination research group. After repeated practice, a die-forging hydraulic cylinder was tested on a 300-ton friction press at the beginning of 1973. After more than one year of trial production, the effect of this innovation was demonstrated. It is better and it is now officially put into production.
