三聚甲醛合成液是由浓甲醛在硫酸的催化下合成的多组份水溶液,其中含有甲醛、甲酸、甲酸甲酯、甲缩醛、甲醇、水、二聚甲醛二甲醚等杂质,这些杂质对巨合反应都有不同程度的影响,因此建立这些杂质的定量分析方法,对控制合成的工艺条件,控制三巨甲醛的质量都有一定的意义。通常甲醛、甲醇、水、甲酸甲酯难于分离,我们选试过十几种固定相,最后在GDX—403固定相上取得较好的色谱分离条件,基本上满足合成液系统各种样品的定量分析要求。
