建立审讯主体形象人的形象也属于人体语言范畴,审讯主体形象是指对审讯人员的外貌、服饰、气质、知识、水平等综合因素的评价,这种评价产生于犯罪嫌疑人在审讯过程中对审讯人员的第一印象。第一印象将在整个审讯过程中对犯罪嫌疑的心理产生很大的影响。一名合格的审讯人员在整个审讯过程中要通过三个方面建立自己的形象。一是外貌整洁,服饰大方合体,言谈举止大度得体,让对方感觉到你是一个训练有素的职业警察,一个有能力、合格的审讯员。二是在整个审讯过程中要充满自信心,要有必胜的信念,让对方明白你完全能够驾驭的心理活动,控制整个审讯过程,你代表着法律,执行着法律,能够影响案件的处理,决定着他的前途、命运,能改变他的一切。三是在整个审讯过程中要让对方知道,你虽然是一名职业警察,但你对待他是公正的,无任何偏见。虽然他是犯罪嫌疑人,但你在人格上尊重他,你是一个可以信赖的、堂堂正正、普普通通的人。
