青年教师肩负着院校希望,对其培养成功与否直接决定着大学教育事业的成败兴衰。因此,如何让青年教员更快打牢教学基础、丰富教学经验具有重要的现实意义。基于此,文章以人体寄生虫学教学为例,系统提出提升年轻教师教学能力的方法和途径,希望对他们的成长有所帮助。
