Due to the sparsity of data, the user-facing decision support services in the OPAC system are nondescript. In order to solve this problem, based on the analysis of the needs of users’ book screening decision-making, this paper presents a decision-making information resource construction and organization scheme based on multi-source fusion, that is, through the book community, e-commerce sites, social platforms, e-books Database and other sources of information data collection and integration for the user to provide decision support. In order to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the model, a prototype system of 2000 literary books was taken as an example. A comparison of the effectiveness of a prototype system with that of a well-known OPAC system confirms that the prototype system performs better and can substantially improve the user’s library decision support service experience.
