科学发展观是胡锦涛同志在十六届三中全会上的讲话中以及全会作出的《决定》中明确提出来的。牢固树立和落实科学发展观是深入贯彻“三个代表”重要思想,实现十六大提出的全面建设小康社会、加快推进社会主义现代化建设历史任务的必然要求。针对一些同学在学习科学发展观中提出的问题,我们请中宣部理论局张磊同志就有关问题作出回答,以帮助广大同学加深理解。
The scientific concept of development is clearly set forth by Comrade Hu Jintao in his address to the Third Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee and in the “decision” made by the plenary session. Firmly establish and implement the scientific concept of development is an inevitable requirement for thoroughly implementing the important thinking of the ’Three Represents,’ and for putting forward the 16th CPC National Congress’s proposal of building a well-to-do society in an all-round way and speeding up the historic task of socialist modernization. In response to the questions raised by some students in studying the scientific concept of development, we asked Comrade Zhang Lei from the Theoretical Bureau of the Central Propaganda Department to answer the relevant questions so as to help the general students to deepen their understanding.
