提出了预给定PID控制算法,并将其应用于温度控制系统中,实验结果表明,在温度上升阶段基本无超调,在所设定的温度曲线拐点处无冲击,系统具有调节时间短、稳定性能好等优点,提高了系统的控制性能。
The PID control algorithm is proposed and applied to the temperature control system. The experimental results show that there is no overshoot in the temperature rising stage and no impact at the inflection point of the set temperature curve. The system has the advantages of short adjustment time, Good stability and other advantages, improve the system’s control performance.
