采用电沉积法沉积铁氰化铈(CeHCF)纳米颗粒,在Nafion修饰的玻碳电极表面电沉积致密的、分散性良好的铁氰化铈纳米粒子。用场发射扫描电子显微镜(FE-SEM)对铁氰化铈纳米颗粒的形貌进行了表征。利用循环伏安法(CV)研究了多巴胺在铁氰化铈/Nafion修饰玻碳电极(CeHCF/NF/GCE)表面上的电化学行为。研究表明,CeHCF/NF/GCE对多巴胺具有良好的电催化氧化作用,该传感器对多巴胺在一定浓度下呈良好的线性关系,其线性范围是1.0×10~(-7)~3.4×10~(-4)mol/L。检测限为0.2×10~(-7)mol/L(S/N=3)。
The CeHCF nanoparticles were deposited by electrodeposition and the dense, well-dispersed cerium (III) cyanide nanoparticles were electrodeposited on the Nafion modified glassy carbon electrode. The morphology of cerium ferrocyanide nanoparticles was characterized by field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM). The electrochemical behavior of dopamine on the surface of CeHCF / NF / GCE was studied by cyclic voltammetry (CV). The results show that CeHCF / NF / GCE has good electrocatalytic activity for dopamine. The linearity of dopamine with dopamine is about 1.0 × 10 -7 ~ 3.4 × 10 ~ (-1) -4) mol / L. The detection limit was 0.2 × 10 -7 mol / L (S / N = 3).
