2001年我省为了确保全年经济增长目标的实现,在经济稳步增长同时,继续加强了固定资产投资力度,全省全社会固定资产投资额全年预计为960亿元,较上年同期增长10．7%;全省国有单位1—11月累计完成投资463．3亿元,比上年同期增长 14 2%。其中,基本建设投资增长 10．2%;更新改造投资增长17．6%;房地产投资增势强劲,增幅达30．9%。在投资总量增长的同时,投资价格却呈现出走低格
In 2001, in order to ensure the realization of the annual economic growth target, while continuing its steady economic growth, the province continued to strengthen its investment in fixed assets. The investment in fixed assets in the whole province was estimated at 96 billion yuan a year, an increase of 10 over the same period of last year .7%; the province’s state-owned units from January to November total investment 463.3 billion yuan, an increase of 14 2% over the previous year.
