对整体型氯已啶控释系统的根管消毒作用进行了初步临床观察，２４位志愿受试者中１２颗患牙封入整体型氯己啶系统，另１２例常规封甲醛甲酚棉捻，５天后细菌学检查结果表明整体型氯己啶控释系统根管消毒作用明显优于甲醛甲酚，卡方检验有显著性差异。提示整体型氯己啶控释系统可以其良好的根管消毒效果，作为一种新药剂型广泛用于临床治疗。
The preliminary clinical observation of the root canal disinfection of the controlled release system of chlorhexidine was performed. Twelve teeth of 24 volunteers were sealed into the whole system of chlorhexidine, while the other 12 cases of conventional formaldehyde- Five days later, the results of bacteriological examination showed that the root canal disinfection of monolithic controlled release system was superior to formaldehyde cresol, and the chi square test was significantly different. It is suggested that the monolithic controlled release system of chlorhexidine can be used as a new type of drug for clinical treatment because of its good effect of root canal disinfection.
