篮球是我国在校学生最为喜爱的体育运动之一,有着广泛的群众基础。当前各个高校都成立了篮球队,但如何抓好篮球队的训练,提高学生篮球运动水平及成绩,一直是教练员面临的工作难题,特别是没有篮球高水平运动员的普通高校。通过对济南市10所普通高校篮球队进行研究,认为基本技术是组成战术的基础,又是运动员进行比赛的重要手段。队员掌握的基本技术越全面、越熟练、越准确、越实用、越高超、战术配合的质量越高就越能达到战术的目的。
Basketball is one of the most favorite sports activities for students in our country and has a broad mass base. At present, all colleges and universities have set up basketball teams. However, how to do a good job in training basketball teams and improve the level of basketball and achievements in basketball has always been a problem for coaches. In particular, there is no ordinary college basketball athletes. Through the study of 10 ordinary college basketball teams in Jinan City, it is considered that basic technology is the basis of tactics and an important means for athletes to compete. The more basic, more skilled, accurate, practical, and superior the team members possess, the better the tactical teamwork will be to achieve the tactical goal.
