目的为了解铜绿假单胞菌医院感染的流行病学。方法用血清型和抗菌谱联合分型方法,对患者分离株和环境分离株从检出时间、地点或部位进行动态分析。结果2123份样本共检出铜绿假单胞菌176株,分离率为0.8%~57.1%;患者之间、患者与环境及医护人员间检出的铜绿假单胞菌未见有关联。结论铜绿假单胞菌广泛存在于呼吸病房的患者及环境中;铜绿假单胞菌医院感染,外源性因素不是主要的,飞沫、空气不是PA院内肺炎传播途径。
Objective To understand the epidemiology of Pseudomonas aeruginosa nosocomial infection. Methods Serum and antibacterial spectrum combined with typing method, the patient isolates and environmental isolates from the detection time, place or location of dynamic analysis.
