《收费公路管理条例》的颁布实施要求收费公路从规范化走向法制化,政府还贷公路作为收费公路的主角要强化和细化管理。本文从财务角度出发,提出建立政府还贷收费公路日常管理财务评价指标并列举了部分具体指标。
The promulgation and implementation of the “Regulations on the Administration of Toll Roads” require toll highways to move from standardization to legalization, and the government repaying highways as the mainstay of toll highways should be strengthened and refined.
