临床电生理检查历来都采用心脏插管技术,设备昂贵,又为创伤性方法,不易普及推广。国内自1982年报道经食管心房调搏评价窦房结功能后,作为一无创性电生理检查方法已受到重视。近二年在仪器设计、导管电极、测量方法等方面都有改进,应用范围不断扩大。本文根据目前研究进展,对食管心房调搏的临床应用作一简要评价。
Clinical electrophysiological examination has always been the use of cardiac catheterization technology, expensive equipment, but also traumatic methods, not universal popularization. Since 1982, reports from the esophageal atrial pacing evaluation of sinus node function, as a noninvasive electrophysiological examination has been paid attention. In the past two years, there has been an improvement in instrument design, catheter electrodes, measurement methods and the like, and the application range has been constantly expanding. Based on the current research progress, this paper makes a brief evaluation of the clinical application of esophageal atrial pacing.
