江西省水力发电工程学会于一九八六年五月二十三日至二十六日在井冈山市(茨坪)召开了成立大会。参加这次大会的有会员代表、特邀代表及筹备委员会成员共58人,代表们以无记名投票选举了四十名理事组成第一届理事会。在第一届理事会第一次会议上,金关兴同志当选为理事长;刘政民、熊大开、赵寿元、徐家鑫同志当选为副理事长;徐家鑫同志兼秘书长,并选出常务理事十一名。大会期间举行了学术报告会。中国水力发电工程学会副秘书长常流同志作了讲话,介绍了当前我国水电战线的形势与任务。这次学术报告会的重点是研讨二○○○年前各地
The Society of Hydraulic Power Engineering of Jiangxi Province held a founding meeting in Jinggangshan (Ciping) from May 23 to 26, 1986. A total of 58 members, invited guests and members of the preparatory committee attended the conference. A total of 40 members formed the first board by secret ballot. At the first session of the first council, Comrade Jin Guanghng was elected as chairman; Liu Zhengmin, Xiong Dakai, Zhao Shouyuan and Xu Jiaxin were elected as vice-chairmen; Comrade Xu Jiaxin and secretary-general and elected eleven standing directors. An academic report was held during the conference. Deputy Secretary General of China Hydropower Engineering Society Chang-Chang made a speech, introduced the current situation of China’s hydropower front and the task. The focus of this symposium will be to discuss the work by the year 2000
