在工匠精神引领下,微创新是小微企业持续发展的动力源泉。通过因子分析法可以看出,影响小微企业微创新的因素主要有管理方式落后、创新人才短缺、融资困难、精益求精的工匠氛围有待加强等。小微企业还要不断提升自身能力,立足市场,构建工匠文化,建立学习型团队,“匠新”结合,使“匠新”成为企业生存发展的核心力量源泉。
Under the guidance of artisan spirit, micro-innovation is the source of power for the sustainable development of small and micro enterprises. Through factor analysis, it can be seen that the main factors that affect the micro-innovation of small and micro-enterprises are backward management methods, shortage of innovative talents, financing difficulties and the improvement of the artisanal atmosphere of excellence.
