虫对寒凝血瘀型大鼠的活血化瘀作用及其对红细胞免疫功能的影响

目的 :观察虫对寒凝血瘀型大鼠的活血化瘀作用与对红细胞免疫功能的影响。方法 :在自然低温寒冷的环境里 ,饲养大鼠以造模。采用毛细血管法测定全血比粘度、血浆比粘度 ,常规法测定红细胞压积。参照郭氏法测定有关红细胞免疫功能指标。结果 :虫可降低模型大鼠的全血比粘度、血浆比粘度及红细胞压积 ,且改善瘀血大鼠的全身状况。提高模型鼠的红细胞C3 b受体花环率和肿瘤红细胞淋巴细胞混合花环率 ,降低红细胞免疫复合物花环率。结论 :虫对寒凝血瘀证具有活血化瘀及提高红细胞免疫功能的作用 Objective: To observe the effects of aphids on blood circulation and blood stasis of rats with cold-blood stasis and their effects on immune function of red blood cells. Methods : Rats were modeled in a cold, naturally cold environment. The whole blood specific viscosity and plasma specific viscosity were measured by the capillary method, and the hematocrit was determined by conventional methods. The Guoshi method was used to determine the index of red blood cell immune function. Results: Aphids could reduce the specific viscosity of whole blood, specific viscosity of plasma and hematocrit in model rats, and improve the general condition of rats with blood stasis. Improve the rate of erythrocyte C3b receptor rosettes and tumor red cell lymphocyte mixed rosette rate in model rats and reduce the rate of red cell immune complex rosettes. Conclusion :Aphids have the effect of promoting blood circulation and promoting the immune function of red blood cells in cold blood stasis syndrome
