患者于某某,女,19岁。因恒牙多数缺失,于1986年9月5日来我院就诊,要求检查治疗。患者在替牙期间仅有个别乳牙脱落和少数后部恒牙萌出。七岁时,发现视力减退,以后呈渐进性加重。曾在眼科就诊,诊断“青光眼”,“虹膜、角膜缺损”。否认外伤史及急性传染病史。家族史:父母健在。有一个兄弟,二个姐姐。其中二姐患相同疾病,表现为视力渐进性减退,19岁时完全失明。虹膜、角膜缺损。口内多数恒牙先天缺失,已做局部义齿修复。检查:全身一般状况良好。颌面外科情况:口内牙
