报告口服氟康唑胶囊（FCZ）150mg一次治疗念珠菌阴道炎。多中心临床试验组181例，痊愈133例，显效35例。真菌培养转阴率94．7％。23例（12．7％）有不良反应。双盲对比观察：酮康唑组36例，每日服酮康唑200mg共7日。FCZ组36例。两组痊愈和显效病例数分别为31和2及35和1。其治愈率和显效率无差异。真菌清除率分别为89．7％和90．5％。不良反应发生率酮康唑组（22．2％）显著高于FCZ组（11．1％），主要不良反应是恶心和食欲不振。
Report oral fluconazole capsules (FCZ) 150mg once treatment of Candida vaginitis. 181 cases of multi-center clinical trial group, cured 133 cases, 35 cases markedly effective. Fungal culture negative conversion rate of 94.7%. Twenty-three patients (12.7%) had adverse reactions. Double-blind comparative observation: 36 cases of ketoconazole group, daily ketoconazole 200mg a total of 7 days. 36 cases in FCZ group. Two cases of cured and effective cases were 31 and 2 and 35 and 1, respectively. The cure rate and no significant difference in efficiency. Fungal clearance rates were 89.7% and 90.5%, respectively. The incidence of adverse reactions in the ketoconazole group (22.2%) was significantly higher than in the FCZ group (11.1%), with the main adverse reactions being nausea and loss of appetite.
