税收财务物价大检查作为遏制经济违法违纪行为,平衡财政收支,推动改革开放,促进经济发展的一项重要措施,在整个监督检查机制中占极重要地位。但是,迄今仍有少数同志对每年进行一次税收财务物价大检查不够理解,甚至发生误解。为此,笔者试从马克思主义哲学观点的角度来剖析和论证税收财务物价大检查的必要性和重要意义,以期取得社会上更多的同志理解、支持和参与大检查工作。
As a major measure to curb economic violations of laws and regulations, balance fiscal revenues and expenditures, promote reform and opening up, and promote economic development, a large inspection of tax financial affairs prices plays a very important role in the overall supervision and inspection mechanism. However, so far a few comrades do not understand or even misunderstand the annual inspection of the taxation of financial affairs prices. Therefore, I try to analyze and demonstrate the necessity and importance of the large-scale inspection of the financial revenue from the point of view of Marxist philosophy in order to gain more comrades in society to understand, support and participate in the inspection work.
