一、五十铃TDJ_(72)~(50)型汽车变速器的特点五十铃TDJ_(72)~(50)型八吨载货汽车的变速器为日本五十铃汽车公司生产的MAB型变速器,其结构如图1所示。MAB型变速器为三轴式结构,具有五个前进档和一个倒档,五档为直接档。第一轴前端以6206滚珠轴承支承在曲轴后端的法兰盘内,后端通过6314滚珠轴承支承在变速器壳体上,第一轴轴向位置由卡环和轴承盖确定。第二轴前端由UV30-2A圆柱轴承支承在第一轴常啮合齿轮内孔内,后端通过BL313L滚珠轴承支承在壳体上,并靠滚珠轴承卡

Characteristics of Isuzu TDJ_ (72) ~ (50) Automobile Transmission The transmission of Isuzu TDJ_ (72) ~ (50) eight-ton truck is MAB type transmission manufactured by Japan’s Isuzu Motors Corporation. Its structure is shown in Figure 1 Show. MAB-type transmission for the three-axis structure, with five forward and one reverse gear, the fifth gear for the direct file. The front of the first shaft is supported by 6206 ball bearing in the flange of the rear end of the crankshaft. The rear end is supported on the transmission case through the 6314 ball bearing. The axial position of the first shaft is determined by the snap ring and the bearing cap.
