目的查明胜利油田采油作业工作人员麻疹保护性抗体水平,为防治麻疹提供科学依据。方法随机抽取采油工作人员702名,采用间接酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测麻疹IgG抗体进行麻疹保护水平评价。结果 702名调查对象中,具有人群保护水平的抗体为36.9%,性别差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.1,P>0.05),不同年龄间差异有统计学意义(χ2=16.61,P<0.01)。明确免疫史人群与无免疫史或免疫史不详人群比较,抗体水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论人群保护性抗体水平较低,不能形成有效的保护屏障。因此,必须加强对人群的麻疹疫苗接种工作,尤其是20~30岁年龄组工人。
Objective To find out the levels of protective antibodies against measles in oilfield workers in Shengli Oilfield and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of measles. Methods A total of 702 oil extraction workers were randomly selected and measles IgG antibodies were detected by indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for measles protection. Results There were no significant differences among the 702 surveyed subjects with population protection level (χ2 = 0.1, P> 0.05). There was a significant difference between different age groups (χ2 = 16.61, P <0.01) . Clear history of immunization with no history of immune or immune history of unknown population comparison, antibody levels were statistically significant differences (P <0.01). Conclusion The population of protective antibodies is low, can not form an effective protective barrier. Therefore, measles vaccination efforts must be stepped up for the population, especially in the 20-30 age group.
