临床上,儿童上前牙区埋伏多生牙现象并非罕见.由于多生牙的埋伏状态,加上患儿处于乳恒牙交替时期,多数伴有暂时性错(牙合)的正常现象,因而这类埋伏牙早期很容易被忽视.绝大多数儿童是在体检或在医院就诊其他疾病时被偶然发现,这时往往已经对其恒牙的萌出产生一定的影响.作者自1993年在口外门诊2年中共处理这类患儿42例,拔除埋伏多生牙53颗.现分析报告如下.
