有人将电子商务的目标概括为:在最适当的时间把最适当的产品和服务推向最适当的用户。对于刚刚准备从传统商业模式转向电子商务的中国石油企业来说,要达到这个目标,还有很长的路要走。电子商务不同于电算化,它不是局部的改良,而是整体性的商业革命。触网不一定即意味着取胜,但不触网一定意味着失败。对于这个具有明显资金、技术和人才优势的传统行业来说,它可以做而且必须做的是:在最适当的时间以最适当的方式和步骤走向电子商务。
The goal of e-commerce has been summed up as: the most appropriate time to the most appropriate products and services to the most appropriate user. For Chinese oil companies that are just preparing to shift from traditional business models to e-commerce, there is still a long way to go to achieve this goal. E-commerce is different from computerization, it is not a partial improvement, but a holistic business revolution. Not necessarily touching the net means winning, but not touching the net must mean failure. For this traditional industry with obvious financial, technical and talent advantages, what it can and must do is move to e-commerce in the most appropriate manner and at the most appropriate time.
