作者收集日本关东地区12个医疗单位手术切除的80岁以上肺癌34例,其中包括作者经治的结肠癌肺转移一例,分析如下: 34例中男29例,女5例,男性占绝对多数。年龄80岁8例,81岁15例,82岁2例,83岁3例,84岁2例,85岁1例,86岁2例。88岁1例。组织类型鳞状上皮癌15例,腺癌15例,肺泡上皮癌1例,大细胞癌2例,结肠癌肺转移(腺癌)1例。
The authors collected 34 cases of over 80 years of lung cancer surgically resected by 12 medical units in the Kanto region of Japan, including one case of colon cancer and lung metastases. The analysis was as follows: In 34 cases, there were 29 males and 5 females, males accounted for an absolute majority. 8 cases were 80 years old, 15 cases were 81 years old, 2 cases were 82 years old, 3 cases were 83 years old, 2 cases were 84 years old, 1 case was 85 years old, and 2 cases were 86 years old. 88 years old in 1 case. There were 15 cases of tissue type squamous cell carcinoma, 15 cases of adenocarcinoma, 1 case of alveolar epithelial carcinoma, 2 cases of large cell carcinoma, and 1 case of colon cancer and lung metastasis (adenocarcinoma).
