我国房地产企业开发和建设的资金来源主要是银行的贷款,我国当前个人购买住房的资金有很大一部分来自银行信贷,房产还是信贷过程中最重要的抵押品,可以看出房地产与银行信贷业务是血肉相连的。当前,我过房地产业发展过快,存在着较大的风险,这就使银行信贷的风险大大增加。本文通过介绍我国房地产信贷发展的现状、发现其中存在的问题,通过分析原因,寻求降低房地产信贷风险的途径。
The source of funds for the development and construction of real estate enterprises in our country is mainly the loans of the banks. Most of the funds purchased by the individuals in our country now come from the bank loans, the real estate or the most important collateral in the credit process. It can be seen that the real estate and bank credit business are Flesh and blood. At present, I have experienced too rapid development of the real estate industry, and there is a big risk. This has greatly increased the risk of bank credit. This article introduces the current situation of real estate credit development in our country and finds out the existing problems. By analyzing the reasons, we seek ways to reduce the real estate credit risk.
