1病历摘要男,23岁。以发现双侧面颊部隆起3 a,加重3个月为主诉入院,患者3 a前无意间发现双面颊部隆起,无明显不适,未予治疗,近3个月双侧面颊部隆起加重,憋胀不适,无鼻塞头痛,当地诊所予抗炎治疗,效果欠佳,遂来我院就诊。门诊CT示双侧上颌窦囊肿。既往体健。局部检查见双侧鼻腔外侧壁略内移,牙列整齐。完善各项术前检查后局麻下行双侧上颌窦囊肿摘除术
