九五期间,是我国国民经济和社会发展取得巨大成就,各项事业蓬勃发展的五年,也是培养选拔女干部工作取得明显成效的五年。五年来,各级妇联密切配合党委组织部门,把培养选拔女干部工作作为一项重要任务来抓,到2000年底,中组部组通字犤1995犦12号文件制定的“九五”培养选拔女干部工作目标在全国范围内基本实现。各省、自治区、直辖市各级党政领导班子以及党政部门领导班子女干部的配备情况,请见统计表。
