利用从日本引进的大鲍，与我国产皱纹盘鲍进行了杂交育苗试验。在 ５４０ ｍ２鲍育苗地中，１９９９年 ６月常温采苗至当年 １１月份，培育出平均壳长 １７．９ ｍｍ的皱纹盘鲍雌与日本大鲍雄的杂交鲍苗 １８０余万粒，单位面积出苗量为３ ３００余粒／ｍ２。这些杂交鲍苗，经过 １年多的室内饲育，至 ２０００年 １１月平均个体壳长达 ３７ ｍｍ，最大个体壳长达 ４５ ｍｍ，显示出了良好的生产性状和一定的杂种优势。
The use of imported from Japan, abalone, abalone Haliotis discus hannai and China made a hybrid seedling experiment.
