以7份管花肉苁蓉种质为材料,分析了不同种质的药用成分、单株干重和农艺性状差异。结果表明:1)7个种质的松果菊苷含量为21.09%~50.86%,差异显著,种质Ⅱ>种质Ⅳ>种质Ⅲ>种质Ⅴ>种质Ⅶ>种质Ⅰ>种质Ⅵ;毛蕊花糖苷含量为2.08%~3.28%,种质Ⅱ>种质Ⅰ>种质Ⅳ>种质Ⅲ>种质Ⅴ>种质Ⅶ>种质Ⅵ。2)7个种质的单株干重为179.1~443.0g,种质Ⅰ>种质Ⅱ>种质Ⅳ>种质Ⅵ>种质Ⅲ>种质Ⅴ>种质Ⅶ。3)7个种质的单株种子重为14.9~8.9g,种质Ⅱ>种质Ⅰ>种质Ⅳ>种质Ⅵ>种质Ⅶ>种质Ⅴ>种质Ⅲ;种子萌发率为60.7%~38.0%,种质Ⅱ>种质Ⅶ>种质Ⅳ>种质Ⅰ>种质Ⅵ>种质Ⅴ>种质Ⅲ。结果说明,不同种质的药用成分含量和单株干重差异显著。种质Ⅱ具有松果菊苷含量和毛蕊花糖苷含量高,单株干重大,种子萌发率高的特征,是最有开发潜力的优良种质。
Seven varieties of Cistanche tubulosa were used as materials to analyze the differences of medicinal compositions, dry weight and agronomic traits of different germplasms. The results showed that: 1) The contents of echinacoside in seven germplasm ranges from 21.09% to 50.86%, with significant difference. Germplasm Ⅱ> Germplasm Ⅳ> Germplasm Ⅲ> Germplasm Ⅴ> Germplasm Ⅶ> Germplasm Ⅰ> Species Quality Ⅵ; Verbascoside content 2.08% ~ 3.28%, germplasm Ⅱ> germplasm Ⅰ> germplasm Ⅳ> germplasm Ⅲ> germplasm Ⅴ> germplasm Ⅶ> germplasm Ⅵ. 2) The dry weight of seven germplasms per plant was 179.1 ~ 443.0g. Germplasm Ⅰ> Germplasm Ⅱ> Germplasm Ⅳ> Germplasm Ⅵ> Germplasm Ⅲ> Germplasm Ⅴ> Germplasm Ⅶ. 3) The seed weight of seven germplasm was 14.9 ~ 8.9g, the germplasm Ⅱ> germplasm Ⅰ> germplasm Ⅳ> germplasm Ⅵ> germplasm Ⅶ> germplasm Ⅴ> germplasm Ⅲ; the seed germination rate was 60.7 % ~ 38.0%, Germplasm Ⅱ> Germplasm Ⅶ> Germplasm Ⅳ> Germplasm Ⅰ> Germplasm Ⅵ> Germplasm Ⅴ> Germplasm Ⅲ. The results showed that there were significant differences in medicinal content and dry weight per plant between different germplasms. Germplasm II has the characteristics of echinacoside and verbascoside, high dry weight per plant, and high seed germination rate. It is the best germplasm with the highest development potential.
