本文详细地研究了试剂4-甲基偶氮胂-I(简称4-MAsA-I)和7-(2-胂酸基-4-甲基)偶氮-8-羟基喹啉-5-磺酸(简称4-MAsA-8Q5S)的光度性能,并将其与二种同类试剂5-羧基偶氮胂-I(简称5-CarAsA-I)和7-(2-胂酸基-5-羧基)偶氮-8-羟基喹啉-5-磺酸(简称5-CarAsA-8Q5S)进行了比较,从中找出了一些有关试剂结构与性能之间关系的规律,为今后设计新试剂提供了一定的参考作用。
