一、介绍随着物品、思想和文化与世界各国的不断交流标志着中国改革开放真一步步的走向正轨。中译英作为这些交流的工具已经越来越显示出它的重要地位。所以在以后的很长一段时间里,中国将会需要一大批受过良好训练的中译英人员。中译英课程应该作为培养优秀毕业生的一个有效手段,从而使他们能达到人才市场的要求。然而,这个手段的有效性存在着一个问题。课堂的教与学都是被动的,所以对于改进的呼声是非常强烈的。
I. Introduction As the constant exchange of goods, ideas and culture with other countries in the world marks China’s reform and opening up going one step at a time. Chinese-English translation as an instrument of these exchanges has increasingly shown its importance. So for a long time to come, China will need a large number of well-trained Chinese-English speakers. Chinese-English courses should serve as an effective means of cultivating outstanding graduates so that they can meet the requirements of the talent market. However, there is a problem with the effectiveness of this approach. Teaching and learning in the classroom are passive, so the voice of improvement is very strong.
