The kinetics of the oxidative dehydrogenation of butene-2 over Mo-Bi-Ce / SiO 2 catalysts was investigated using an external loop gradientless reactor. The catalyst is reduced by butene-2 under anaerobic conditions. Butene-2 oxidative dehydrogenation kinetics follow the Redox mechanism. Linear Least Square Method to Estimate Parameters in Kinetic Equation. Pulse heat method was used to determine the heat of butene-2 and oxygen adsorption. The kinetics of deep oxidation of butadiene and the effect of its internal diffusion were studied.
