本文结合印片、电镜、免疫酶标等检查和临床随访,重点观察85例MF不同皮损和淋巴结中MF细胞的形态;明确了MF细胞系来源于转化过程中外周T辅助细胞,并指出其谱系形态变化。MF细胞并非仅见于MF,但为诊断MF的必备条件。
In this review, we examined the morphological features of MF cells in different lesions and lymph nodes in 85 cases of MF with examination and clinical follow-up such as printing, electron microscopy and immunoenzyme labeling. It was clarified that the MF cell line was derived from the peripheral T helper cells in the process of transformation, Lineage morphological changes. MF cells are not seen exclusively in MF, but are prerequisites for the diagnosis of MF.
