全身麻醉药作为一种能够抑制中枢神经系统功能的药物,能使意识、感觉和反射暂时消失,骨骼肌松弛,目前已广泛应用于医疗手术过程中。麻醉药物对学习记忆功能的影响日益受到重视,并已成为该领域的研究重点。本综述从神经元活动和功能完整性以及突触可塑性两方面探讨了常用全身麻醉药物对学习记忆功能的影响,分析了不同全身麻醉药物影响学习记忆功能的机理,并讨论了全麻药物对学习记忆功能影响的复杂性,为今后更好地使用全麻药物提供了一定的理论依据。
As a kind of medicine that can inhibit the function of the central nervous system, general anesthetics can make the consciousness, feeling and reflex disappear temporarily and the skeletal muscle relaxes and has been widely used in the medical operation. The effects of narcotic drugs on learning and memory are gaining more and more attention and have become the focus of research in this field. This review explores the effects of commonly used general anesthetics on learning and memory in terms of neuronal activity and functional integrity, and synaptic plasticity. The mechanism of different general anesthetic effects on learning and memory is also discussed. The effects of general anesthesia on learning The complexity of the impact of memory function provides a theoretical basis for better use of general anesthetics in the future.
