开展全国保密普查是中央加强新形势下保密工作的重大部署,是提高保密工作科学化水平的重要措施,是促进各地区各部门保密工作加快发展的重要抓手。2012年7月11日,全国保密普查试点工作培训会议在青岛举行,试点工作全面启动,这标志着全国保密普查工作拉开帷幕。根据保密普查工作总体安排,下一步将在总结试点经验、完善普查方案的基础上,在全国铺开。
Carrying out the national census of secrets is a major arrangement for the central authorities to step up confidential work in the new situation. It is an important measure to enhance the scientific level of confidential work and an important starting point for accelerating the development of confidential work in various departments in all regions. On July 11, 2012, a national pilot training seminar on confidentiality census was held in Qingdao and pilot work was launched in an all-round way. This marked the beginning of a national census of censorship. According to the general arrangements for the work of secrecy census, the next step will be rolled out nationwide on the basis of summing up pilot experience and perfecting the census proposal.
