男性患者,30岁,汉族。左眼下睑肿物3个月,以“左眼下睑皮下粉瘤”收住院。局麻下行左眼下睑肿物切除术。术中见皮下一灰白色质硬肿物与周围组织粘连。肿物破后涌出一白线状物,可蠕动。肉眼见:2条相互缠绕的白色线状物,长8mm,直径o.8mm。另有一块不规则的小组织,中央灰红色,周边淡红色,呈编织状。病理诊断:左下睑结膜吸吮线虫病,周围组织呈肉芽肿性炎伴嗜酸性粒细胞浸润。讨论结膜吸吮腺虫病,是一种主要寄生于犬、猫等动物眼结膜囊及泪管内的线虫。也可以寄生于人眼而引起寄生虫病。我国是该病在世界上发病最多的国家(笔者尚未见新疆发病的报道),
