目的比较腮腺区肿瘤３种ＣＴ扫描方法的特点及其临床应用价值。②方法对２１例腮腺区肿瘤ＣＴ扫描方法进行回顾性分析。其中单纯平扫６例，平扫并静脉增强１１例，平扫并腮腺造影及静脉增强４例。③结果３种扫描方法均能显示肿瘤病变，并可大致确定肿瘤的部位和性质，但其敏感性与精确性存在差异。其中ＣＴ平扫并腮腺造影和静脉增强扫描对肿瘤定性及定位优于其他两种方法。④结论ＣＴ平扫并腮腺造影及静脉增强扫描的联合应用，对腮腺区肿瘤的诊断具有较高临床价值。
Objective To compare the characteristics of three kinds of CT scanning in parotid gland tumor and their clinical value. Methods 21 cases of parotid gland tumor CT scan were retrospectively analyzed. Among them, 6 cases were plain scan, 11 cases were plain scan and venous enhancement, 4 cases were plain scan and parotid radiography and venous enhancement. ③ Results All three kinds of scanning methods showed tumor lesions, and the tumor location and nature could be roughly determined. However, there were differences in sensitivity and accuracy. The CT scan and parotid gland and venous enhanced scan of the tumor qualitative and positioning superior to the other two methods. ④ Conclusion CT scan and parotid gland and venous enhanced scan of the joint application of the diagnosis of parotid gland tumor has a high clinical value.
