目的:探讨药物流产配合产复康颗粒的临床疗效。方法:将190例早孕者随机分为对照组95例和治疗组95例。对照组给予米非司酮配伍米索前列腺醇药物流产;治疗组给予米非司酮配伍米索前列腺醇再加产复康颗粒。1个月后随访阴道出血情况。结果:早孕药物流产配合产复康颗粒口服可增加完全流产率,缩短孕囊排出时间和阴道出血时间。结论:药物流产加用中药产复康颗粒可提高药物流产的成功率,缩短流产后的出血时间。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of medical abortion combined with producing Fukang granules. Methods: 190 cases of early pregnancy were randomly divided into control group of 95 cases and treatment group of 95 cases. The control group was given mifepristone with misoprostol drug abortion. The treatment group was given mifepristone with misoprostol and then with Fukang granules. Follow-up 1 month after vaginal bleeding. Results: First trimester abortion combined with producing Fukang granules oral can increase the rate of complete abortion, shortened gestational sac discharge time and vaginal bleeding time. Conclusion: Medical abortion plus traditional Chinese medicine Fufukang granules can improve the success rate of medical abortion and shorten the bleeding time after abortion.
