作者在昼夜间用照相测量前房深度及容积21例(38眼)。平均年龄63.4±16.5岁。眼部检查包括:裂隙灯、前房角镜、眼内压、眼底及视野等。视力均在6/9以上,前房角用Shaffer分类法,相当于Ⅲ°或以上,眼部无异常的正常人。前房深度测量使用Zeiss裂隙灯加Polaroid照相机附件,在同一天的上午7:15～7:45;下午7:15～7:45进行前房照相并记录结果。前房轴深(mm):昼间2.86±0.08,夜间2.80±0.08,P<0.02。周边前房深度(mm):昼间0.90±0.08,夜间0.71±0.09,P<0.001。前房容积
The authors measured the depth and volume of anterior chamber in 21 patients (38 eyes) by day and night. The average age of 63.4 ± 16.5 years old. Eye examination include: slit lamp, gonioscopy, intraocular pressure, fundus and vision and so on. Visual acuity was more than 6/9, the anterior chamber angle Shaffer classification, equivalent to Ⅲ ° or more, normal eyes without abnormalities. Anterior chamber depth measurements were taken using a Zeiss slit lamp plus a Polaroid camera attachment, taking an anterior chamber photograph at 7:15 am to 7:45 am and a set of 7:15 am to 7:45 pm on the same day and recording the results.
