目的了解宁波市其他感染性腹泻的流行特征。方法对宁波市2007-2011年其他感染性腹泻疫情资料进行描述流行病学分析。用Excel 2007进行数据录入,用PASWstat 18.0软件作统计学处理,率的比较用χ2检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果近5年宁波市其他感染性腹泻的年发病率在154.80/10万~216.47/10万之间,呈先降后升态势。发病季节特征明显,主要集中在6~9月份。致病原以轮状病毒和诺如病毒为主,占61.90%;其次为副溶血性弧菌,占19.05%。各年龄组均有发病,但以0~4岁组发病数最多,占37.61%;发病率最高,为1 376.58/10万。市区居民发病率高于周边县区,差异有统计学意义(276.35/10万vs 178.01/10万,P<0.01)。5年共报告3起其他感染性腹泻暴发疫情,均发生在学校。结论宁波市其他感染性腹泻高发,其中轮状病毒和诺如病毒是主要致病原。5岁以下儿童是防控重点人群。学校是暴发疫情的常见场所。
Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of other infectious diarrhea in Ningbo City. Methods Epidemiological analysis of epidemic data of other infectious diarrhea in Ningbo City from 2007 to 2011 was performed. Using Excel 2007 data entry, using PASWstat 18.0 software for statistical analysis, the rate of comparison withχ2 test, P <0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results The incidence rate of other infectious diarrhea in Ningbo City was between 154.80 / 100,000 and 216.47 / 100,000 in the past five years, and then decreased first and then increased. The onset of seasonal characteristics are obvious, mainly concentrated in 6 ~ September. Pathogenic bacteria rotavirus and Norovirus, accounting for 61.90%; followed by Vibrio parahaemolyticus, accounting for 19.05%. The incidence of all age groups, but the highest incidence of 0 to 4-year-old group, accounting for 37.61%; the highest incidence of 1 376.58 / 100,000. The incidence of urban residents was higher than that of surrounding counties, the difference was statistically significant (276.35 / 100000 vs 178.01 / 100000, P <0.01). A total of 3 other outbreaks of infectious diarrhea were reported in 5 years, both in schools. Conclusions Ningbo City, other infectious diarrhea, high incidence, of which rotavirus and Norovirus are the major pathogens. Children under 5 years of age are the key prevention and control groups. The school is a common place for outbreaks.
