患者男、67岁。入院前10个月曾出现右眼球痛,前额压迫感,无热。未治疗半月后自愈。一周前鼻堵、流涕、前额微胀痛。3天前右眼球针刺样疼痛,右上眼睑下垂,右眼球活动受限伴复视,四肢活动良好,精神、食欲正常。30岁时曾患肺结核高血压7～8年。查体:BP22.16/14.63kPa一般查体无异见。意识清,回答切题,双瞳孔等大约3mm对光反射均迟钝。右眼睑下垂,右眼球外展位。向上、下、内活动均受限,视物向上、下、左均有
